The HCPTS panel considered radiographer Alexander Green's cannabis possession, which led to a police Community Resolution. It found misconduct and impairment on public-interest grounds, but no personal impairment and a low risk of repetition. Taking account of his remediation, admissions, self-referral and the absence of clinical concerns, the panel imposed a one-year caution.
