Concerns had been raised about her competence in areas including medication management, record keeping, infection control and patient care, and about a health condition. The matter had been referred to the Fitness to Practise Committee but no allegation had been substantively proved. The decision will be published for twelve months.

The Registration Appeals Committee considered his appeal on 22 April 2026 against an earlier decision to remove him from the Dental Care Professionals register because he had not complied with the GDC's continuing professional development requirements. The appeal was dismissed, so the original removal from the register stands. This is a registration appeal, separate from the GDC's fitness to practise process.
