The HCPTS panel found that Alice Langley's fitness to practise remained impaired because she had not shown remediation for wide-ranging competence failings and a risk of repetition remained. It said conditions were not practical because she did not intend to return to speech and language therapy. The panel extended her suspension for a further 12 months.
