The HCPTS panel found that radiographer Asuquo Asuquo committed numerous serious CT, contrast, patient-identification and reporting errors, amounting to misconduct and lack of competence, but found no dishonesty. It found partial insight, incomplete remediation and a continuing risk if he returned to CT work. The panel imposed 24 months of conditions restricting modalities and requiring supervision, training and reflection.
