The HCPTS panel found that Billy Law's fitness to practise remained impaired after earlier findings of working beyond his dietitian role. It recognised his progress at previous reviews but had no new evidence that outstanding concerns had been addressed. The panel extended his suspension for six months from 7 August 2026, with another review before 7 February 2027. It considered striking off disproportionate.
