The HCPTS panel gave radiographer Christopher Sharpe a four-year caution for racially motivated comments about a Black colleague, including a reference to George Floyd. The panel found the remarks serious but isolated and out of character. His full insight, extensive remediation, strong testimonials and very low repetition risk made suspension disproportionate.
