The HCPTS panel approved occupational therapist Deepak K Deshmukh's voluntary removal from the register after previous panels found misconduct and continued impairment. He accepted that his fitness to practise was impaired, said he did not intend to return to occupational therapy, and agreed to terms equivalent in effect to a striking-off order.
