The HCPTS panel decided that Jayne M Denton could leave the Register under a voluntary removal agreement after she accepted that her fitness to practise was impaired by clinical competence failings. It found that removal would protect the public and preserve the published findings and regulatory history. The panel revoked her suspension and approved the agreement, which has the same effect as striking off.
