The HCPTS panel decided that Kleoniki Tzanidou could leave the Register under a voluntary removal agreement after she admitted the substance of a lack-of-competence allegation and accepted that her fitness to practise was impaired. The panel said removal would protect the public and was a proportionate way to conclude the case, then directed her immediate removal.
