The HCPTS panel found that occupational therapist Kyle Robinson repeatedly made inappropriate and sexually inappropriate comments to female colleagues and undermined their work. It found misconduct, current impairment and a very high risk of repetition because he had shown no insight or remediation and had repeated similar behaviour despite an earlier caution order. The panel struck him off the register.
