The HCPTS panel approved Maria Efthymiou's voluntary removal from the register after reviewing earlier misconduct findings about patient assessment, records, equipment follow-up and postural management. It decided that the agreement protected the public and was equivalent in effect to striking off, and revoked her existing suspension with immediate removal.
