The HCPTS panel found that biomedical scientist Saber Bashir failed for more than eight years to disclose a police caution to the HCPC. It found no dishonesty and no current impairment arising from the old caution itself, but found misconduct and impairment because he had not kept himself informed of his professional obligations. It imposed a one-year caution order.
