Appeal dismissed
The GDC tribunal decided that Lauren Catterall's appeal against removal from the Dental Care Professionals register was dismissed. The Registration Appeals Committee found she had completed only 4 of the required 10 verifiable CPD hours for the period August 2023 to July 2025. The committee concluded that her oversight did not constitute an exceptional circumstance, and the original erasure decision was upheld. She may apply for restoration once CPD requirements are met.
