Interim restrictions lifted
The GDC tribunal decided that the conditions previously imposed on Miss Mahnoor Shah's registration as a dental therapist should be revoked. The Interim Orders Committee reviewed the existing conditions at a hearing on 15 April 2026 and concluded they were no longer needed. Miss Shah is now able to practise without the previously imposed restrictions. The General Dental Council published only a summary of this outcome.
