Appeal dismissed
The GDC tribunal decided that Natalia Rygielska's appeal against removal from the Dental Care Professionals register was dismissed. The Registration Appeals Committee found she had failed to submit her end-of-cycle CPD statement for the period August 2020 to July 2025. Her explanation that she had inadvertently entered data against the wrong year was not supported by evidence. The Committee found no exceptional circumstances and upheld the Registrar's erasure decision. She may apply for restoration once requirements are met.
