The GDC tribunal decided that dental nurse Selina Bright should be suspended for three months after dishonest claims about tooth whitening and her registration status. It found her orthodontic nurse title misleading but not dishonest. No whitening treatment was provided and no patient harm occurred. The committee found that insight and remediation remained insufficient. It ordered a review and imposed immediate suspension to cover the appeal period.
