Appeal dismissed
The GDC tribunal decided to dismiss Sharnam Abassalty's appeal against her removal from the Dental Care Professionals register. The Registration Appeals Committee found that Miss Abassalty failed to provide a compliant CPD record demonstrating she met the minimum requirement of 10 verifiable hours for the period 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2025. Required certificates were not received by the GDC and the appeal was dismissed.
