The GDC tribunal decided to dismiss Sudina Tanya Brandreth's appeal against her removal from the Dental Care Professionals register. The Registration Appeals Committee found that Miss Brandreth did not complete the required 10 verifiable hours of CPD for the period 1 August 2023 to 31 July 2025. While sympathetic to her personal circumstances, the Committee was not satisfied these amounted to exceptional circumstances that prevented her from completing any CPD, and upheld the Registrar's erasure decision.
