Findings
The Tribunal found that the relevant allegations concerning the character and intent of the content were not proved. While Dr Abu-Sitta admitted writing the article and reposting the Twitter content, the Tribunal found that the comments in the article and the reposts were not proved to be objectively supportive of violence, terrorism, or antisemitic, and were not proved to be intended to be supportive of violence or terrorism. As no relevant facts relevant to impairment were proved, consideration of impairment was not reached and the case was concluded.
