Charges
The underlying allegation concerned failures to disclose duplicate overtime overpayments and employment restrictions or suspension, practising while unregistered, failing to tell the employer that registration had lapsed, and making an inaccurate statement about the last date of practice on an HCPC readmission form, including allegations of dishonesty and misconduct.
Findings
The original panel found misconduct involving dishonesty and breaches of fundamental professional tenets, found impairment on personal and public components, and imposed suspension. At this review, there was no evidence of engagement, reflection, remediation, current training or current circumstances. The Panel found that impairment remained on both personal and public components and that further suspension would serve no useful function. It ordered striking off effective from 6 December 2023.
