Findings
The review panel found that Lucy Gibson-Hill remained impaired because her insight was seriously lacking, her remediation was inadequate and there was a significant risk of further inappropriate behaviour. It found no realistic prospect that a further suspension would lead to remediation and directed that she be struck off when the existing suspension expired.
