In plain English
The GDC tribunal decided that Tearlach James Nicolas's interim conditions on registration would continue for the remainder of the current 10-month High Court extension period. Findings
At a review hearing on 20 March 2026, the Interim Orders Committee continued the conditions on Mr Nicolas's registration for the remainder of the 10-month High Court extension (second separate case). An interim order of suspension was originally imposed on 12 October 2022 for 15 months. On 20 December 2023, the High Court extended the order for 12 months. At a review hearing on 14 March 2024, the suspension was revoked and an interim order of conditions imposed. The High Court subsequently extended the order on 9 January 2025 for 12 months and again on 9 January 2026 for a further 10 months. This is the second of two separate sanctions from two separate cases. The order will next be reviewed in 3 months.
