Findings
At a new interim order hearing, the Investigating Committee panel made an interim conditions of practice order for a period of 18 months. The conditions restrict Mr Issa to a single substantive employer, prohibit bank or agency nursing work, prevent him being the nurse in charge or sole registered nurse on any shift, and require direct supervision of his medication administration and management practice until assessed as competent. The order must be reviewed before the end of the next six months and every six months thereafter. The NMC's case examiners are yet to decide whether there is a case to answer in relation to the allegations.
