The referral from the Trust also raised a concern that he has a health condition capable of impairing his fitness to practise. No allegation was found substantively proved by a statutory committee.
Findings
This was an agreed removal decision made by an Assistant Registrar under Rule 14, not a substantive hearing. Undertakings had been in place since February 2024. The registrant applied for agreed removal on 16 January 2026. The Assistant Registrar was satisfied that the registrant no longer intends to work as a registered nurse, that the allegations are not so serious as to be fundamentally incompatible with continued registration, that there are no other good reasons to consider the allegations further, and that the public interest is best served by agreeing the removal. The registrant was removed from the NMC register.
