The review panel found that Andrew Jones had fully understood the reasons for and seriousness of his dishonesty, developed meaningful insight and no longer presented a significant risk of repetition. It allowed the existing suspension to run for its full term in the public interest but did not extend it, directing that the order be revoked when it expired.
