Findings
The July 2026 panel redetermined sanction after a High Court consent order of 10 March 2026 quashed the earlier 18-month conditions of practice sanction. The earlier findings of admitted facts, misconduct and impairment remained the basis of the remitted hearing. The current panel found the dishonesty serious, persistent and for personal gain, involving breaches of trust and potential harm. It accepted developing insight and further training but found the reflections insufficiently analytical and remediation incomplete. It imposed nine months' suspension, with a review before expiry, and a separate interim suspension for the appeal period, subject to a maximum of 18 months.
