NMC panel replaces nurse Enoh Agbinone's practice conditions with suspension

Findings

This was an interim order review hearing before the NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee. The panel decided to replace the current interim conditions of practice order with an interim suspension order. The published decision does not set out the allegations or the panel's reasons. The registrant was present and represented by the Royal College of Nursing. The interim suspension order will be reviewed at a review hearing within the next six months and every six months thereafter, and at any review a panel may revoke the order, confirm it, or replace it with an interim conditions of practice order. A panel of the Fitness to Practise Committee has still to deal with the allegations.
