The public outcome summary states: At a review hearing on 6 February 2026, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the suspension on Mr Luniya's registration and imposed conditions for the remainder of the original 12 months High Court Extension order. An interim order of suspension was originally imposed on 23 November 2023 for 15 months. At a review hearing on 10 May 2024, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the suspension and imposed an interim order of conditions. On 18 February 2025, the High Court extended the order for 12 months. On 13 February 2026, the High Court extended the order for a further 12 months. This will be reviewed in 3 months.
