Findings

It acknowledged substantial reflection, professional development and engagement, but considered insight and evidence of practical remediation incomplete. It replaced suspension with conditions of practice for two years from 31 July 2026, with review before expiry on 31 July 2028. Patient work requires direct supervision by an HCPC-registered physiotherapist; supervision cannot be online. Conditions also require a development plan, fortnightly supervisory meetings and monthly reflective reporting. Extending suspension was disproportionate given the progress made.
