Charges

The substantive panel proved Particulars 1(e), 2(a), 2(b), 2(d), 3(a), 3(b), 5(a)-5(c), 6, 7(a)-7(c) and 8; it did not prove 1(a)-1(d), 2(c) or 4, and found misconduct and impairment. At review, the Panel found no evidence of further remorse, reflection, CPD, testimonials or references, a clear repetition risk and continuing impairment on both personal and public components. It extended suspension for 12 months from 2 July 2024, with review before 2 July 2025.
