Charges
Ms Migisa failed to reach the competence expected of a newly qualified sonographer in four clinical assessments between June 2016 and December 2017.
Findings
The reviewing panel found that Ms Migisa remained impaired because she had not addressed or remediated the established deficiencies and had not engaged with the HCPC since March 2022. Conditions had been in place since 2019 without evidence of compliance, and the panel found an ongoing repetition risk. It therefore ordered immediate striking off.
