The MPTS tribunal found misconduct in Dr Adam Chesters' physical contact with two medical students, but found no current impairment. Allegations of sexual harassment, sexual motivation and harassment related to sex were not proved. The tribunal accepted genuine insight and substantial remediation, with a low risk of repetition.
