The MPTS tribunal found that Dr Kesley Smith's fitness to practise remained impaired by reason of his 2022 conviction for fraud and forgery, after he forged prescriptions for controlled drugs while working in 2021. It extended conditions on his registration for a further 18 months, with a review before they end.
