The NMC's Investigating Committee decided that Collen Chigudu's existing interim conditions of practice order should be varied. The revised conditions restrict him to one substantive employer, bar him from community nursing and leading shifts, and require indirect supervision. They also include fortnightly meetings about specified clinical areas, reports and disclosure requirements.
