The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee decided that Festus Ejimadu's existing interim conditions of practice order should be varied. The revised conditions restrict him to adult nursing and day shifts, bar him from being the sole nurse on duty or leading a shift, require indirect supervision, and include restraint-log, reporting and disclosure requirements.
