The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee found that Gordon David Shirley's fitness to practise is impaired. This was a health case, and the panel accepted a consensual panel determination agreed between the NMC and Mr Shirley. One charge was proved. The committee imposed a conditions of practice order for 12 months, along with an interim conditions of practice order for 18 months. The whole hearing was held in private under Rule 19, so the detailed findings are not published.
