The NMC decided that registered nurse Jinku Mary Joseph could leave the register by agreement. A referral in March 2025 raised concerns about her competence in patient care, medication administration, assessing patients, escalating deteriorating patients, record keeping and communication. She denied them, and no allegation was found proved. After she declined undertakings and said she no longer intended to nurse in the UK, an Assistant Registrar agreed her application for removal on 23 July 2026.
