Erasure(struck off the register)
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee ordered John Craigie's striking off after reviewing earlier failures in caring for and recording a resident's fall. It found no evidence of reflection, training or steps to address the concerns and found his fitness to practise remained impaired. The panel concluded that further suspension would serve no useful purpose. The order was to take effect at the end of 8 October 2026.
