    Interim restrictions imposed· 18 months

The NMC's Investigating Committee imposed an 18-month interim conditions of practice order on Mrs Kelly Rachael Repton, a registered midwife, on 2 April 2026. The conditions limit her midwifery practice to a single substantive employer, require direct supervision when managing cardiotocography (CTG, the monitoring of a baby's heartbeat in labour) until she has been signed off as competent in CTG interpretation, and require monthly meetings with her supervisor on CTG safety and escalation. The substantive allegations have not yet been adjudicated; the order is precautionary.
