The NMC found that Lance Jukes, an adult nurse, sent and received explicit messages about the sexual and racial abuse of children, babies and a disabled person and shared indecent images of children between 2017 and 2022, and later dishonestly concealed a police caution for harassment from the regulator. Through a consensual panel determination, the Fitness to Practise Committee found his fitness to practise impaired by misconduct and caution and imposed a striking-off order.
