The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee found that Ludo Msinamwa's fitness to practise remains impaired and replaced her conditions of practice order with a striking-off order. The panel was reviewing an order first imposed in August 2023 after she breached undertakings about falls management and record keeping. It noted she had not attended the last two review hearings and had provided no evidence of insight, remediation or compliance with the conditions. The order takes effect at the end of 7 September 2026.
