Erasure(struck off the register)
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee ordered Margaret Constantine's striking off following a review of earlier failures to assist during a medical emergency. The panel found no evidence of developing insight or steps to address the concerns, and found her fitness to practise remained impaired. It concluded that further suspension would serve no useful purpose. The striking-off order was to take effect at the end of 14 October 2026.
