The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee found that Rashida John's fitness to practise was no longer impaired after reviewing her insight, remediation, training and compliance with a three-month suspension. The panel decided that the existing suspension order would lapse as scheduled on 28 August 2026, rather than making a further order.
