Erasure(struck off the register)
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee ordered Razvan Luca's striking off after reviewing a suspension imposed for medication-related misconduct. It found no new evidence of reflection, improved practice or insight, and noted his lack of engagement and the DBS barring information before it. The panel found continuing impairment and concluded that further suspension would serve no useful purpose. The order was to take effect at the end of 26 October 2026.
