Erasure(struck off the register)
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee ordered Sabitha Joseph's striking off with immediate effect on 10 September 2026. The review concerned earlier findings of lack of competence across several areas of nursing care. The panel found no evidence of training, reflection or improved practice and found her fitness to practise remained impaired. After almost three years of suspension, it concluded that a further suspension would serve no useful purpose.
