    Erasure(struck off the register)

The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee found that Victoria Louise Huzzard made medication administration and record-keeping errors at two care homes in March and April 2022, and that she dishonestly signed a colleague's name in the controlled drugs and destruction books to suggest the colleague had witnessed her. The panel found her fitness to practise impaired by misconduct and struck her off the register. An interim suspension order of 18 months covers the appeal period.
