The GPhC committee suspended Mohammed Amier for twelve months in March 2024 after finding repeated dishonesty in obtaining medicines for wholesaling. It found serious misconduct and impaired fitness to practise, but rejected one allegation of dishonesty about regulatory approval of an agent. Recognising remorse and positive clinical references, it chose suspension with review rather than removal. No actual patient harm was found.
