Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS panel found that radiographer Anoop Raj lacked the English proficiency needed for safe patient communication, slept on duty and dishonestly declared English as his first language to gain HCPC registration. It found very limited insight, inadequate remediation and a risk of repetition and harm. Concluding that the registration dishonesty was fundamentally incompatible with practice, it struck him off.
