The HCPTS panel replaced Daniel Davis's suspension with six months of conditions of practice from 19 June 2026. It recognised progress, remorse and developed insight, but found continuing impairment because remediation of the sexually motivated behaviour was incomplete. The conditions include training, indirect workplace supervision and reflective reporting. The order must be reviewed before 19 December 2026.
