Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS review panel ordered David F Kirby to be struck off when his existing suspension expired. The original misconduct concerned iodine aftercare information, recording a treatment discussion and attempting treatment after consent was withdrawn. The panel found continuing impairment, no evidence of remediation and a high risk of repetition. It concluded that further suspension would not adequately protect the public.
